Growing up from humble beginnings, I came from a place where discrimination was normalised, and for years, I observed different personas from various demographics of people. I was clueless of how the world works until I started hitting the gym. I've met people with different fitness backgrounds, but ultimately, everyone's desire to become better is the same.

With that, Hashira was born.

Hashira represents community. A group of people who supports one another, like a pillar. Strong to uplift others. A community that supports every individual when they step foot into fitness. A place free from injustice. I founded Hashira with the mission of creating a community, that represents empowerment to the people.

I've been strength and resistance training for almost 10 years now. Recently, powerlifting has been the core focus for all my workouts. I use the mantra of "look good, lift good" whenever I train. So when Afad approached me to create HASHIRA, an apparel brand that not only emphasizes strength in community but also with just giving people noice workout clothes, I jumped on board immediately.

Apart from that I really like coffee, cats and Liverpool.
